I broke a tooth and called my dentist, but they didn’t answer. And then I called a bunch more, but they didn’t answer. Then I asked the internet. That’s when a hygienist from High Mesa Dental Arts PM’d me and gave me some reassuring guidance to get me through until I could see a dentist the following morning. High Mesa didn’t come up in my internet search, but hopefully this review helps them pop up in the future. That level of patient consideration is rare.

I have always had HUGE fear of dentists. Until I met Dr. Gartz JR! He is so kind and gentle. Just had an impacted wisdom tooth removed. He was able to get me in right away, and get the removal done the same day! He also does 15% off for non insured clients! Honestly one of the only dentists I am comfortable going to!!

Dr. Heisch is one of the best dentists I have been to. I’m relativity new to the area and had never been here before for treatment. I had a filling pop out right before an international trip and even though I had never been to see Dr. Heisch before, she and her staff bent over backwards to get me worked me into her schedule and really helped me in a crunch. She saw that another tooth needed attention and made it a priority to fix it at the same time. She’s extremely personable and professional. She explained every step, was caring, and just overall so great. Her staff is equally as awesome. I’m glad to have found her when I did. I would absolutely be back in the future. Thank you for squeezing me in! :)

I continually have problems with their billing department. The misfile claims with the wrong insurance company. I constantly have to review my bill and call about the claims.

Dr. Gartz and Dr. Cannon are just so amazing! not only with adults but with children! hygienists are amazing! everyone from the front office to dental assistants are kind, knowledgeable and do amazing work! Best place to go in White Rock and Los Alamos!
