I am very disappointed with this practice. I thought this was going to be a good experience from the one I had with the last dentist. The staff all were very nice, however the lack of concern about my appliance not fitting at all was not of a concern. The only advice they could give me was just to use adhesive. This was only after a week I had to return for the the appliance not fitting, in which I voiced the concerned the day it was delivered. They did try putting in a aligner once. At that time I was told that it sometimes take a couple of days for a suction to be obtained. I paid over $1200 for this device (between what insurance paid and over $400 in which I paid out-of-pocket). This was also after I was told that I would be getting a discount since I had insurance. After getting home I realized that I had paid the same amount that I was originally quoted as if I was paying with no insurance.

I had really really high hopes expectations for my treatment because let’s face it, it IS a life changing & life altering decision but now I’m not so confident in the decision I made.. Partials seem to never fit correctly, therefore causing my smile, eating habits, etc to constantly change.. I feel like I’m in a assembly line of patients most of the time where the staff is trying to crank out as many patients as they can as fast as they can.. There are only a handful of staff members that I feel are truly skilled or knowledgeable at what they do & those are the only ones who seem to listen & care about the patient’s needs or concerns.. I have one more visit to go & only pray that my permanent smile & fit is a lasting one I can have confidence in.. Wish me luck..🤞🙏

OK let’s start with the scheduling. It was great even though I was a few minutes late due to traffic they still got me right in . The front desk was very nice and helpful. The assistance they were very warm and welcoming. The doctor was very helpful. He was also honest and leaving nothing out to worry about. Entire staff was very knowledgeable of any questions that you may have had .

Best experience for sure. Never have I been to a place where everyone was so sweet. Especially a dentist office! Not to mention you don’t feel judged or anything they’ll hear you out and offer their assistance. Every last staff member seemed to love their job and enjoy being at work!

Today was my consultation with Dr. Corey Robinson. I knew he and his staff were beyond competent, because they had performed services for my husband years ago. But today felt like rolling out the red carpet. Dr. Robinson and his lovely assistant were awesome! They showed me a number of options with varying prices to fit my budget. I can’t wait to go back and get started!
