Amazing Team 2I went here for a consult end of 2019 I believe. And I was hopeless because this other establishment said I needed SARPE surgery, look it up, I was all depressed plus they wanted 1k more money for the braces treatment. I go to Bangor braces for a consultation, and spoke with Dr. Brad. He said we can fix it with palatte expander. It wasn’t too late. Hope was restored thank God. I didn’t enjoy the expansion no one does but they were so kind and thorough with explaining everything. They were upfront on the price and I got a fantastic price by paying the whole thing at once. Recommend if you can. They were very honest about the duration it could take for the whole treatment. The desk staff are the sweetest people and responded to my emails very quickly. I had a lot of dental anxiety in the past and this place was absolutely amazing and kind to me. They printed my before and after photos quick and gave me the copy I wanted. Everything I’ve needed they’ve assisted no problems. Also my teeth were a complex case and they were honest about what they can do. I got them off and I’m so happy with my smile now which I never thought I would be in my life. Thank you Dr. Brad for helping me have confidence with my teeth again! I’m blessed to received treatment from these kind people. Would 10/10 recommend. Also they have a really fun waiting room, it’s not ugly and boring like most of them. Thank you so much 😊

I just spoke to Anna thru the phone just a couple minutes ago. I think she is the receptionist there. She is very nice and knows how to talk to people! I am excited for me and my husband appointment there. Good job Bangor Braces for choosing the right people to speak for inquiries and appointments.

I highly recommend Bangor Braces! My son was dreading getting his braces, but all of the staff have been helpful and kind. The ladies at the front desk are awesome as well. They are very friendly and flexible when it comes to scheduling an appointment. We had a weekend braces emergency and they were able to get us in on Monday morning.

Don’t do business with them!!! Their service was terrible. The woman sitting in the lobby was very rude. They have no sense of time, everyone was sloppy, and once they even forgot to make an appointment for me… Here is my horrible experience today- My appointment was at 2:30 and I got there at 2:20 but didn’t see the doctor until 2:50. I asked a staff in the lobby saying ”could you please help me to check how long I would have to wait”, but she rolled her eyes on me and said NO. Okay, so my braces were taken completely off on 3:15, which is already 30 minutes behind the plan. And then I was told that I need to wait for another 20 minutes to get the maintenance set. I said that’s work for me cause I have to leave before 3:45 since I have a meeting on 4. Well again, I didn’t get the retainer until 4!!!! And what’s worse is that when I checked in how long I need to wait, they had no guilt about the delay and spoke very rudely to me!!!! My boss got very angry with me because my absence to the meeting and this is all the BANGOR BRACES fault!!!

This place is seriously so fun. Even as a mom I thought it was so cool and just perfect for kids of all ages!! For someone who has always had a fear of the dentist, I would have loved to be able to go to a place like this as a kid. Not only is it totally geared towards kids but the staff was incredibly kind and informational. I left there with absolutely no questions or confusion. We went in for a first time appointment to see about braces for my 14 year old and by the time we left my 8 year old was hoping she would need braces someday so she could come back...lol. There was lots of stuff to do for my little one while waiting and comfortable for an adult as well. Now just keeping our fingers crossed that our insurance will approve us and the experience with the actual orthodontist will be just as nice.
