I went there for over 10 years. without Good service without issues they are doing a good job cleaning my teeth. They offer income scaling meaning you can pay low prices without insurance you just had to bring your paystub.

I actually had a great experience using the walk in emergency dental clinic today. In and out in less than 45 minutes!!! I was shocked. (Though it was very straightforward, there was no saving this tooth and it was ready to come out) - if you have mainecare you HAVE TO say you’re in pain for emergency dental care (applies everywhere, not just here, but y’all need to know so you aren’t struggling needlessly while there are seemingly no dentists taking in new MC patients)

Told I wasn’t a patient so for months trying to find someone that had Maine care, went to pchc Emergency and they tell me "you’ve always been a patient, you could have just made an appointment"....led to having a molor pulled. The Dr who pulled it was so rude, asking what’s wrong with me cause I was crying (first tooth pulled ever btw) 30mins in they go see when their break is and comes back and was just rude. Made me feel 10x worse about dentists. Couldn’t even ask questions and the one pulling it didn’t know my dental history. So yes, having a tooth that was infected MULTIPLE times would give issues.....even asked half way through "you want me to not pull it" like yes make me even more scared your gonna leave half a tooth in lmao

Constantly canceling appointments at the last minute. My children haven’t seen the dentist in over 15 months as Pchc cancels the appointments then tells us the next available appointment is several months out. Brought up to them that they have walk in care. Why can’t they have a walk-in care hygienist available as they have canceled multiple times. I was told walk-in is for emergency. Guess we will wait until my kids have an emergency to get care

I can be very difficult sometimes, and from the time I arrive until I leave the staff is genuine and patient. Dr. Gomez is incredible and started a plan for me last year when I only came in as an emergency patient. He has fulfilled the entire plan including crowns on my front teeth, which was life changing. And I know my insurance didn’t want to pay for that. I have my confidence back thanks to them and a beautiful smile again. I’m not even an established patient , and they have done so much for me! Thank you so much.
