Amazing Team 3I have been a patient of Made Ya Smile for 13 years and have been happy and satisfied with their services. It seems to me that this dental practice is now in disarray. I had an appointment today and spent about a half hour trying to call any Made Ya Smile location listed on the internet seeking to confirm my appointment. All I got was "there is nobody available to take your call" or "we are closed for the holiday" (July 14th?? what holiday??). So, I foolishly opted to drive the 45 minutes to the Made Ya Smile location in Tomball where I was last treated (after they closed down their 290 location where I was previously treated), wasted a quarter tank of gas, and paid tolls on 249 and 99 and upon arriving at their office, the place was closed down. Lovely, wasted my afternoon for nothing. Very poorly managed and unprofessional to not communicate with your patients. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and need to search for another dentist.

I’m a transfer from the Katy location and wanted to stay in the Made Ya Smile family. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. Clean office with refreshments available. Kind and professional from the front desk to the techs to the dental hygienist and the doctor. I’ll be happy to return for future appointments.

Maritza and her staff are fantastic!! I have had a rough experience at a dentist in the past. They listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and understanding. The procedure went perfectly with no pain. I have found my dentist and my family’s dentist. Oh yes, the pricing is excellent!

First time coming here and the experience was great! All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Maritza and Alejandra did an awesome job assuring I knew what was going on and guiding me where I had to go. The hygienist that took care of me was great and gave me some tips on how to care for my teeth. If you’re in the cypress area looking for a new dental office, this is the place for you!

The dr and staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating and i would highly recommend them. I brought my mother in law who was recently widowed and on a limited budget to get some urgent dental work completed including three crowns. They were able to work with us and offer discounts to meet her limited budget. Its so refreshing that they would hep her in her time of need! God Bless!
