Nervious All day (week) about my appointment. The entire team and Dentist Gormley helped me feel calm and relaxed..and even laughed with the team during and on my way out. With novicane(sp?)...THANK YOU!!! Not fearless yet, BUT, thankful for the care given!!!

My daughter went in for a cleaning. Made her wait a half hour in the waiting room even though no one else was there. Without even checking her insurance, insisted on a full mouth X-ray. When she asked them to check 1st, they came back and said the insurance covered nothing which after personally checking, found the insurance actually covers quite a bit. When the hygienist found out what she did for a job, the hygienist looked down on her. Little does the hygienist know, my daughter has a higher degree than she does. Lesson in don’t judge a book by its cover. Looks like she’ll be looking for a new dentist.

5 stars to Dr. Gormley, Dr. Maxwell and all hygienists that have worked on me. The front staff members? Another story. Maybe one is ready to retire as employees at that stage get moody and aren’t as friendly. One in particular might be in charge of billing, could do with some customer service training. When she sees my name I have no doubt she will recall our interaction. The other one up front might just have that negativity rubbing off on her since she’s around it all day, because she was very nice at first. Excellent dentists, and very happy with their service. I will recommend them to everyone. I haven’t been able to chew on the right side for years, and after Dr. Maxwell filed down a filling, no problems on that side now. Oh the joy!! I’m very glad I found them. Would be 5 stars if not for the front staff, as they can potentially make or break a first interaction with communication and phone calls, etc. I’ll definitely continue there and I just suggest to others, don’t let those ladies give you the wrong impression. These Doctors and hygienists are fantastic!!!

I never get on anything to give a rating. I had to give Dr. Gormley and his entire staff 5 stars! I have a big fear of the dentist, and always have. This isn’t from any bad experience, but just a fear of mine. I was a patient of Dr. Gormley, but had not been seen in a long time (my fault), and I called with a problem last week. They got me in ASAP, and I was thrilled with my experience. I was prepared for the worse, and was very pleased with my experience and how nice everyone in the office was. Excellent service.
