They scheduled my appointment, I waited a month. Came in and got evaluated, got some plans for the future, was feeling great about everything. Then was immediately told that my insurance didn’t work there, and started getting lectured about what it would be like to pay out of pocket for wisdom teeth/ 2 other broken tooth removal. They don’t want to help you, they want your cash boiii. And I’m still in pain because instead of pulling my teeth, they tried to pull a bait and switch.

I went to Aspen dental to get my dentures fixed. The doctor didn’t even speak to me. He spoke to the helper. I also inquired about implants they gave me quotes and prices, but they never discussed my dentures. When I asked about it, they said they would check into it. I have not heard anything back from them. I will not go back there. I do not recommend Aspen dental to anybody. They don’t speak to you directly and they don’t fix the problems you’re having.

Today was my first appt with Dr Meyers. I cannot express enough how his demeanor, his expertise and his “going above and beyond” in securing an immediate follow up with himself and the surgeon calmed my “dentist related anxiety”. I left feeling confident in trusting that I am in very good hands and that there is a light now at the end of the tunnel!!!! Thank you Dr Meyers and to all the Aspen staff who were so very helpful, understanding and kind. You should be proud of yourselves, staff like you, are not easily found these days!!! Thank you again!!

Made an appt for a basic cleaning. By the time they were done my "treatment plan" was quoted at $7,066.00! I told them I wanted NOTHING except the cleaning so they adjusted it and then it was still over $1,000. They said they had to do a "special treatment" and my cleaning couldn’t be done without it. Obviously I’m not paying $1000 for a cleaning so I I said no and left. The office manager said there is no charge for the first appt. A month later got a bill in the mail for $171. Had to call the office and get it corrected. Aspen dental has been nothing but a waste of time since day 1. Did the same thing to my son. Wanted to charge him over $4k for a single root canal. Then also billed him for his "free" first appt. I wonder how many people actually fall for their "treatment plans" or pay their fraudulent bills they send. Disgraceful!! Would NEVER recommend to anyone!!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time, but started having tooth pain and decided to go in. Everyone was very kind, supportive, and explained things very well. No one judged me or made me feel stupid or uncomfortable, all of the staff are amazing and pleasant! They don’t push you to make a decision that you don’t want to do, they explain what they think needs to be done, and let you take the time to decide for yourself. 200/10 recommend!
