My recent visit to Rome Family Dental was excellent. I don’t know about past ratings years ago, but lately this dental office and Dr. Ballini really excel in service. The staff personnel are kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have been going here for years never had any problems. I just wish someone would have called me to tell me they are closed for the month of April cause i am waiting on my partials to come in. I truely love this place.

This is one of the worse dentists anywhere they "extracted" two of my teeth but left almost all of one of them there, then when I had to get it re extracted I waited for two hours in the waiting room then I left. I still brought my son there for cleanings but appointments were all messed up then when I say we are going to be 10 minutes late they say we have to reschedule (which takes almost a year to get another appointment) I say we sit in the waiting room for more than 15minutes so whats the difference. I told them I am going elsewhere.

Went here and now have to go see a specialist ELSE WHERE OF COURSE.. To have my teeth corrected seeing how RFD drilled a good size hole in BOTH of my back molars and i have a BAD INFECTION in my tooth on the left.. I mentioned them drilling my back teeth.. the "dentist" said "Oh I’m not.. im drilling the wisdom tooth to get a better grasp on it".. never had ANY ISSUE what so ever in the last 26 years with my teeth NOT EVEN ONE CAVITY Until I went and had my wisdom teeth removed at this place.. And now the two teeth are COMPLETELY decayed from the inside out.. Thanks Rome Family Dental... If I could rate a zero I would.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.
