We had a great first appointment experience. We’re driving from Fort Drum because all the Watertown orthodontists I called have the patients pay first and then file their own insurance for reimbursement. I called around and finally found Brite in Rome. They set us up with a payment plan so there are no surprises and I don’t have to file my own insurance claims. They put the braces on my son the same day we spoke and agreed to a payment plan so we wouldn’t have to drive back another time. Everybody was really nice. The environment is clean and open. We’re happy and looking forward to the next 24 months of appointments.

We had a wonderful experience at bright Orthodontics they were friendly put us at ease and Native possible so she could get her braces they went out of their way to help us I would recommend them to anybody

My son had a new palate expander put on Monday. He is 9 years old. I was expecting a bit more explanation as to how the process would go and the upkeep/what to expect after we left. While I was assured I could call.. it very much felt like a business transaction. Whomever put the expander on my son( I’m not sure if she was a hygienist or an orthodontist) never introduced herself. She offered a small card stating what to eat and not to eat and very little else.

May was super helpful and kind. She made the process easy and went over the top to give me different estimates to find the right care. Maheen and may both took the time during the appointment and made it personal with compliments and laughs, Couldn’t recommend enough

My treatment was just over 3 years. From day one, Brite Orthodontist was phenomenal. The staff are warm, funny and easy to make connections with. My removal was quick, painless and my orthodontist was so gentle and made sure I was ok every step of the way. I could not recommend this place enough!!!!!!
