Dr. Kim was very nice and knowledgeable explaining every step in detail. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful . The office manager was great at explaining our treatment plans and how to go about paying with no stress.my husband and I became new patients and are very happy and excited for our future at Aspen dental.

Most of the staff there are great and very helpful. Dental assistant Carah was great she took care of my daughter and made her feel safe and calm. Dr Kim explained everything to me and even gave suggestions and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. The Hygienist was the only bad part he didn’t talk to my daughter or really talk to me he was in and walked rite back out like we ruined his day and wasted His time. That man made them get 3stars. Sorry for the rest who were amazing.

I had 2 of my front teeth removed. My excellent Dr. Kim was, as usual very compasionate and great at his work. The office staff was very helpful in getting mean appointment. Needless to say, I am a happy client.

They do not deserve not even give them one star. This is my 2nd pair of dentures that broke. These lasted 10 months. The ones before lasted less than two weeks. It took the one day to make the new set, but they refused to make an appointment for a week, never offered walk in service. , to spend 15 min to make things right. I would have all my teeth pulled in Mexico with nothing but tequila for the pain before I come back here. Customer service is horrific. REMEMBER YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET.

The staff here is Awesome! I had an appointment, which I wasn’t there for. They called me, and said that I could still come in, they would work me in. At that point, I figured it would be an all day adventure. But much to my surprise, I hardly waited in the waiting room before getting called back. Everyone was so helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend Aspen Dental of Bay City, Michigan to all my family and friends, for all of their dental care. Keep up the great customer service, it’s hard to find these days. I’m not in New York, but this site wouldn’t let me edit the location. 😢
