The actual experience was good. Unfortunately, they requested payment on date of service, prior to billing my insurance. I paid in good faith. My insurance is now saying I was overbilled on both of my visits. I have called 4-5 times and every time I am told I need to speak with the manager. I leave messages every time and no one has called me back. Very, very frustrated.

Gentle Dental are crooks! I received sub par dental work, and lots of pain! The worst part was being charged full price for my procedures that are covered by my insurance, and were not submitted to my insurance, and I was told my insurance doesn’t cover these. I’m still trying to get a refund of almost $400 that I paid at the time of service, and my insurance also paid after I complained with the BBB, so Teresa the billing clerk submitted a claim, and Gentle dental has now been paid twice and will not return my phone calls, emails. I have went into the office twice, and cannot get them to even look at my documentation that I’m owed a refund. This office needs to be shut down, and legal action needs to be taken for fraud!

I brought my son in for tooth pain, and the staff was professional and kind. The dentist made us feel at ease and quickly resolved the issue. I will definitely be returning for future dental care. :D Thank you Dr.Peterson

Went in frustrated wanting more answers about my tooth because the dentist I have been seeing is a rip off , and I’m in so much pain. They were very helpful, and explained to me all of my options . I could use Medicaid to get my tooth pulled for free , but I trust Gentle Dental will take better care of my teeth. Thank you to the awesome lady at the front desk as well who listened to me , calmed me down and got me right in.😁

I cannot say enough great things about Gentle Dental of South Reno. I’m always greeted with kindness by the front desk employees, who made check-in ssimple and fast. The entire team is very caring and professional, creating an atmosphere that puts me at ease. The hygienists and assistants go above and beyond to ensure comfort, taking the time to explain every step of the process and making sure I was completely relaxed. Dr. Peterson is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also personable, always taking the time to address any concerns and provides personalized care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality dental care with a truly personal touch!
