I moved and was looking for a new dentist for a routine cleaning and chose this office based on google reviews. They were accurate! All of the staff were so polite and personable. My hygienist was as gentle as she could be after 7 months of bad flossing on my part. Dr. Robinson was very friendly and took the time to get to know me some, and more importantly, he took the time to really go over the photos they took of my teeth and explained in detail what he saw going on. That’s the first time I’ve ever had a dentist do that. I ended up doing the recommended free sleep test that their office offers that night so we can make a plan moving forward.

Great dental experience all the way around! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Robinson is awesome. He is so personable and really puts you at ease. He does a great job of explaining things step-by-step. He was very gentle, and I felt like I was in good hands. Cydney is such a warm, friendly hygienist. I hope I get to see her on my next visit. :-) Audrey was excellent at explaining the OptiSleep oral appliance that I’m going to be Using four my obstructive sleep apnea. Overall, this is a great team. I’m lucky to have found Lake Harbor Dental.

Great caring people all through this office. From the moment you walk in to you leave you will feel welcome. I really appreciate the transparency with billing and the consultative care. Aubrey did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and she was patient and highly skilled. I learned that I could also repair something with a missing tooth that I was unaware of. Hats off to both the dentists that helped me. The people in the office all have a great attitude and their manager Joan must be awesome to work with.

The ladies up front are the sweetest and made the experience for me so much more than a dental visit. Dr. Ballou made me feel very confident in his abilities to fix my smile. He uses all the best of the best equipment and really takes his time to explain what is going on. He was gentle in his approach and firm in his after care instructions. The ladies have checked on me even after my surgeries and it just makes me feel like they truly care. Thank you to the whole team at Lake Harbor Dental ❤
