The staff is super kind and really makes sure you know what is going on. The doctors are very insightful and on the ball with helping you with the process and what’s to come. The technicians are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful (shoutout to Shay for being light handed and super knowledgeable for my million questions). Overall, highly recommended and will be coming back for all my dental needs (:

I have a son with special needs and he chipped a tooth. They were open on Saturday and to say the Dr and staff were amazing is an understatement. Rusty is amazing, she was very genuine, understanding and the sweetest person we’ve encountered in a while. My son was getting anxious so she had the Dr come in right away and check his tooth. He was amazing also, very compassionate and eased all of my worries. This is a very caring place if I could give 10 stars I would.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had the pleasure of getting treated like a VIP on my first visit by basically the entire office. Taylor took great care and was exceptional with client education. Dr. Dowdle did my exam and took prompt care of my needs, thankfully Dr. Thomas was able to fit me in his schedule and willing to answer all my inquiries. Brook kept it fun with the Dad joke banter. If you’re in need of a new Dentist, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Willow Tree Dental has some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life from ANY service, all businesses combined. They are kind, caring, comforting, and funny. I loved the light-hearted, joking between the staff members! Their entire staff was seriously amazing! I previously took my daughter to a different dentist, and it was a night and day difference. I highly recommend them! They also have a great membership plan that is better than most dental insurance plans in my opinion. It was much cheaper than I thought it would be, having no insurance. I am a customer for life! Thank you for the amazing service today.

We love all locations of Willow Tree, but this one seems exceptional. We really love the warm atmosphere and the lighting. The staff go out of their way to encourage and comfort patients. Always five stars!
