Dr. Tillman and his staff are awesome. They are always truly kind and explain step by step service. They get you in quickly and you’re never left sitting on your chair alone for hrs. Someone is always attending you and prepping you for the next step. The front desk employee is super welcoming and we love how outgoing and comfortable the assistants make us feel. The only thing I have encountered that throws me off is their phone service. Life gets busy and when you have that open window in your busy day to call to schedule an appointment it’s been disappointing to always get an answering machine. They are great about calling you back but end up playing phone tag.

Wonderful care by Dr Tillman and his staff. I came in with so much pain and they took such good care of me. I appreciate their gentleness and concern. Pain is gone and I feel great.

I have been going to this office for years. I have always liked Dr. Tillman but the staff is so rude. This example, was my final straw, I called on a Monday to give 24 hours to reschedule my Tuesday morning appointment. They told me it would be $50, because they require 48 hours. She did not care that 48 hours would have been a Sunday. No one called to confirm my appt, I just got a text message last week. The receptionist was incredibly rude & did not care at all that I told her I would find a new dentist. The $50 is not the point, the customer service & interaction are why I’m so disappointed.

I am relatively new to the area and needed a dentist for regular cleanings. This office starts with an exam and x-rays. Even if you’re after a cleaning, that will not happen on the same day as the first appointment. I should have realized this place wasn’t for me after that, but mistakenly went in anyway. After the initial exam and x-ray, they told me that I’d need a special type of cleaning that is not covered by my insurance. I told them that I just needed a normal cleaning and they then told me "Unfortunately, only the doctor is the one to diagnose the type of cleaning you need, and we wouldn’t be able to do a prophylaxis (normal cleaning)". Obviously, I won’t be back, but I’m leaving this in hopes that others can avoid wasting time and money on this business.

I am someone that does not like to go to the dentist. A bad experience at age 12 turned into a lifelong dodging of going. My wife convinced me to try Dr. Tillman’s office and I am so glad she did. Every person here is so kind and professional. The office is very nice and was quite busy. They are very patient focused and were concerned about every bit of my comfort and understanding of everything. When I met Dr. Tillman I understood why this is such a flourishing dental practice. He was nice, kind, cordial, thorough, professional, and above all he was caring. He cared about my whole health and not just my teeth. Also, even though every room was filled he did not once make me feel rushed or that he had somewhere else to be. I felt like the only patient he had. He thoroughly explained everything to me and gave options for my care moving forward. I would highly recommend Dr. Tillman DDS to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially if you’re someone afraid to go.
