This place as canceled my young child’s tooth procedure without giving me notice after waiting 4 months for this appointment and when I call to ask what happened I was told “oh I have to ask the doctor” I’ll give you a call back. Here I am three weeks later with no call back! My child is on OHP and I can’t go anywhere else with this insurance so now I’ll get my own private insurance and take my child else where she can be seen asap and not 4-5 months out. People don’t waste your time here!

Don’t have an emergency on the days they’re closed. Western Idaho, also closed. That’s where OHP allows; call the emergency number (Advantage dental) and the on call dentist was rude and actually hung up on me after telling me he didn’t know went we don’t just walk in to an advantage office. Advantage was rude and we won’t ever call them again. Eastern Oregon dental staff has always been friendly to us, just don’t miss an appt cuz you’ll have to find a new dentist.

This dental office is refusing to help a woman that is eight months pregnant who missed an appointment five years ago and because she’s on Oregon medical she’s having trouble finding another office that will help her because she was already affiliated with this office. The manager said she chooses not to allow her to get treatment because it’s their policy. And then hung up on me when I asked what kind of business doesn’t help a person that is in pain and needs help (especially because she’s pregnant) and they have the choice of making the right decision and decide not to out of spite. This is so wrong on so many levels!!!

I had to have a molar pulled today and I was terrified. Everyone, from the front desk ladies to the dentist and his assistant, was kind and informative. I struggle with mental health and haven’t always taken the best care of my teeth and I was treated with respect and didn’t once feel judged. These folks are wonderful. No pain, no problem. I will absolutely be back and can only wish other clinics were this great.

Very nice and professional. Small clinic as they also share time with the Western Idaho Dental Clinic in Fruitland. They do take Medicaid, and your 1st appointment will be to establish care. You will set a return appointment for cleaning and any other work you need. They are right across the street from an orthodontist as well. If you can’t reach them, note the hours they are open/closed and try calling the Fruitland location. The Dentist was very kind and personable, and the receptionist and assistants were organized, kind and knowledgeable. We got in to establish care the very next day from when we called, and we got cleanings set up within a week.
