The worst orthodontist ever. Fired them and moved to Ellingsen. Don’t waste your time because you will sit in the office for hours. The longest I waited was 3 hours. I’ve had kids come out with plaster on their clothes and face. Keeps asking for an extension Oh, another three years? Moved to Ellingsen and it was over in 6 months (two kids). He sits in his office and does whatever. The office staff tell him they are waiting and he doesn’t care. I was told his office staff are relatives. This on is bad...don’t do it.

I had my braces done here by Dr. Nauert a few years ago. I was very happy with the result, and I still am.

I went to this doctor for 7 or so years. Now as an adult at almost 30, I’m having to get braces to fix and correct his work. He has a very bad bedside manner and as a child made me cry by the way he treated me. He is very inconsiderate to his staff and often was beyond rude to them. Take yourself and your children somewhere else. You won’t regret it.

Not a good atmosphere to be in, espescially when seeking orthodontic care. Personally I didnt have any treatment here but my three brothers did and had nothing but trouble. Two of them after treatment didnt even get the teeth aligned properly. The other got a tooth pulled and then got told that it can’t be fixed now that the tooth got pulled. The two that finished treatment got retainers that done fit their mouths properly. One of the retainers makes my brother gage when he talks and when he told the orthodontist he got told that there is nothing to be done about it and that gaging with a retainer is just how it is. I would suggest not coming to this practice!

Great office, my teeth look amazing. I only had upper braces but Dr. Nauert corrected my bite so well you don’t even notice my lower teeth being a crooked. Front desk is always polite and their office manager / assistant Tami always goes above and beyond to make sure I am accommodated. Well worth the wait and money!
