I felt a true feeling of caring and passion about my problem and me. Not treated like just another patient and it’s not phony. To me this means reliability and dependability now and in the future. Dr. Michael Giardino is also very knowledgable and works with the newest updated tools and equipment. I asked a lot of questions and received good answers. I have confidence which is important to seeing any doctor.

Morgan was great, very patient & answered all questions easily. Was smooth procedure & she & the nurse (Angela or Amanda?) Dr. were all so great!! Looking forward to my next steps & hopefully new smiles!

The staff, as ALWAYS, was friendly, courteous, professional, & generally a DELIGHT to interact with. The Doctor…. OPPOSITE of ALL of the above!!! My experience with him has never been anything but the aforementioned. I have continued to come to his practice giving him grace however as of yesterday I AM FINISHED. Not only do I believe he is attempting to pad his pocket with work in my mouth that is unnecessary at this point, but also attempting to make this work (an unnecessary extraction) sound as if it’s a “5 alarm fire”. It is not. I am not stupid or ignorant. And to top this off, he was unwilling to discuss any other concerns I had. Diminished them as if he was speaking to a child. My advice to him, as a healthcare professional of 4 plus decades of experience working with the public & with individual patients, is #1) to take several lessons from his father’s playbook as to how to appropriately interact with his patients; #2) to enroll in business 101 & public relations courses educating himself in how to run a business, RETAIN his staff ( which has turned over multiple times since the inception of taking over his father’s lucrative practice; & # 3) take a taste of humble pie before continuing his next day. I thoroughly appreciate Kim, each & every one of his wonderful staff, and ALL of the others who have up & left… for obvious reasons. One does not continue to lose entire groups of dedicated employees without a serious reason. A problem at the top. Top being the Doctor on practice. I will be seeking my Periodontal care elsewhere. ~ Judy Silvius
