I cannot stress enough how great of a dentist James Garduno is! I’ve always had anxiety and hated going, between feeling like they were judging me, being insecure about my dental issues, or lack of patience in other dental places I’ve been to. From day one I have always had a positive experience. He set me up with a full dental plan, no judgment, amazing bedside manner, and as straight forward as possible without being rude. All the assistance ladies I’ve had have been absolutely amazing also! Easy to talk to, very nice, and super attentive. Thank you guys all so much for being amazing! I’m so happy to finally feel less anxiety about going to the dentist.

I love this dentist office. I have had nothing but excellent service. The staff is friendly and kind. They really make you feel comfortable and at ease, which is rare in a dentist office. They are thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Down to earth staff. I cannot recommended this place enough.

I went to them for an initial evaluation and I wanted to see a different dentist for the actual dental work. The new dentist requested my x-rays from CHAS and CHAS told them it would take a MONTH to get my x-rays sent over! Luckily, I already had my x-rays in my email so I simply sent them over to the new dentist, no problem. But what silliness. Also, they don’t do nitrous. So if actually having a pleasant dental care experience is important to you, go somewhere else.

I’ve never been soo angry and in pain because of a dentist and at Chas Dentistry Deer Park. Just because I have state insurance doesn’t mean i should suffer. I was trembling and in extreme pain because the sooo called doctor, couldn’t numb me and pull my tooth out for quite awhile. Just a joke and circus. Had to make 2 appointments for at least one tooth and the assistant had BO. They only want to do extractions and fillings. Just an unprofessional joke. Never again.

I cannot express what a positive experience I had on 01/28 with Dr Singh, the patient care coordinator, Amanda and the wonderful gals at the front desk!! I had absolutely DREADED the dentist for YEARS...to the point where I have had nightmares and constant anxiety causing me to push off my appts for years. I felt anxious and embarrassed and Dr Signh IMMEDIATELY put my mind at ease. He very clearly explained the game plan, gave me a deeper understanding of the role gums play in our oral health. Dr Singh was gentle, very concerned with my comfort level and set realistic expectations for my dental plan. Amanda was wonderful as well in explaining the costs, my coverage and helped in mapping out a financial plan for my care. She even shared some experiences she had and recommended a couple of places for dental implants and services not offered at the clinic. The front desk ladies were super friendly, patient and greeted me with friendly banter. My expectations were blown out of the water and from start to finish, my experience was absolutely incredible! I can’t thank you all enough for making such a dreaded appointment an absolutely pleasure!! Thank you all :)
