Update: They called from a private number asking why I would leave I one start review. So.....I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Ramsey Dental is a fantastic dental office. I had my first visit and check up today and the staff is super friendly, very nice, and fun to be around. From start to finish the process was very smooth and streamlined. Dr. Gilmore is a true professional and all around awesome. They have a great team and organization!

I was referred to Dr. Gilmore and Ramsey Dental Group by two separate neighbors after a previous terrible experience with a different dentist in Post Falls. One neighbor was a patient of Dr. Gilmore and the other of Dr. Ramsey. Both neighbors spoke very highly of both doctors. Dr. Gilmore is friendly, professional and caring, consistently asking me throughout the procedure if I was doing alright and if I had any pain. I also needed additional work done that hadn’t been anticipated and Dr. Gilmore fit me in to his already visibly busy schedule. It’s obvious this practice is completely up to date on procedure and practice, this even showed in some modern equipment being used that I hadn’t seen at my last two dental offices. The Dental Technician Sarah and the front desk staff were also empathetic and excellent in every way! Thank you Dr. Gilmore and staff. I guess I’ve found my new dental home!

This was my first time to the office! I’ve been searching for a dentist for 10 years! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Kim was a very gentle and Dr. Ramsey was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle! I am Going to switch my entire family to her! Thank you!

This was by the far the best dental facility I have ever been to! I had a tooth pulled today. The husband & wife dental team were "outstanding" to say the least. They were going out of town within a few hours of seeing me & saw me on very short notice (same day, I had a horrible tooth ache, they squeezed me in). Before their flight, they made sure my tooth was taken care of & made me feel extremely comfortable. I am blown away by their passion for taking care of people!!! The dental assistant was by far the "best" dental assistant I have ever had! Once again, a "Top-Notch" dental practice I feel cannot be beat - IMHO. Thank you.
