I have been going to Dr. Franko for many years. My favorite part is my hygienist, Kathy. She makes it a pleasurable experience and I love our chats!

Dr Franko and Kathy are the GOAT’s . I have been a longtime patient and they are fantastic! If I have someone looking for a great dentist I tell them to make an appointment with Dr Franko and they will be glad that they did!

My husband and I have been going to Kathy and Dr Franko for many years, and they feel like family. We are so happy with their preventative care, and when we need something further, we turn to them to guide us. Four years ago, we moved north of here and now have a 1½+ drive to see them. We can’t imagine going to another hygienist and dentist who would take care of our oral hygiene like Kathy and Dr Franko.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Franko and Kathy for years, as my father has as well. I highly recommend them and their care. My only complaint is not a relection of his or Kathy’s work. It is for the new ownership. 3% CC fees is tacky business practices. As a small business owner, I know that merchant and bank fees is a cost of doing business and a write off on taxes. A know many businesses are doing this, but rather than penalizing clients, customers, and patients with a 3% fee, you should incentivize with a cash discount. It may all be the same, but psychologically, people want to feel they have a choice. 3% may not be such a big deal on a teeth cleaning, but for those that do not have cash to pay for say an expensive crown, must pay for by credit. It just adds salt to the wound of an already expensive procedure. It’s a shame that something like a CC fee may seem like a minor thing to a business owner, but it’s big enough to deter business. I encourage better business practices. I love Dr. Franko and Kathy. So I feel like I have no choice. I thank them for taking such good care of me all these years. It will be a sad day when they retire.

During a difficult time Doc Franco came to my rescue! After reviewing all my options he recommended a course of treatment (with cost of each) and left me to make an informed decision. He went above and beyond to solve my problem. I had a GREAT experience and would HIGHLY recommend him and his services.
