Personally, I have had horrible experiences at the dentist to where I don’t go anymore, so I was super nervous looking for a dentist for my infant daughter. This Brident location has been nothing short of amazing. She had her first appointment at 8-9 months old and the staff was super gentle and friendly with her. She just had her second checkup and again, I was very impressed with them. Who knows, maybe I’ll schedule myself an appointment!

I took my daughter to this clinic for a long time, trusting their expertise. However, when I finally switched her to a different dentist, they found multiple cavities and other dental issues that had been completely overlooked. If I had been made aware of these problems earlier, we could have taken care of them and avoided years of neglect disguised as “care.” I always thought it was strange how her check-ups, which barely lasted 10 minutes, somehow gave them enough confidence to say everything was fine. And by “them” I mean the dentist, the staff is wonderful. On top of the poor care, the dentist wasn’t kid-friendly at all. I’m not someone with unrealistically high standards—I just expect professionals to do the basics, and I’m satisfied. The last time we went, my daughter started crying, and instead of being patient or supportive, the dentist left the room and said he wouldn’t come back until she calmed down. He returned 40 minutes later. On multiple visits, he told her she was “too big to cry” and kept asking me how old she was, acting like her reaction was unreasonable. He was rough, dismissive, and lacked basic empathy toward a child.

Don’t waste your time. All they want to do is hustle you for money, want you to do things that you don’t need. Like root canals, 3 to be exact. All I wanted was to have a problem tooth pulled. Female dentist pretty much did not want to take no for an answer on root canals. She got hostile at times. Was gonna walk out until male dentist did what I ask, pulled the tooth. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend. Stay away!!!
