Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. I have been requesting paperwork for three full business day, receiving the excuse “you’ll have it by end of business today” which held ZERO truth. They called at noon today (5/24/24) and was told “it’s being sent now” and verified email address twice. Guess what NEVER came to either email provided. Called to check the status yet again, and they’re conveniently closed for the holiday weekend. If you enjoy prolonging your childrens care, with a practice that has ZERO regard for timeliness in treatment, then this garbage can is for you!

We were told at my baby’s 2 month appointment that he has a tongue tie so we decided to get a dentist’s opinion on whether we should get it revised. We found this dentist office by doing a quick Google Search and I am so glad we went with them! Dr. Miguel Argumosa was so kind and gentle with our baby throughout the process and made sure to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. The procedure was a breeze thanks to him and we will definitely be bringing our baby back here once he needs to start going to the dentist regularly.

Amazing is all I have to say. The Dr and the staff are so patient and amazing. My youngest had extra attention due to something was not right on her bracket (she has braces and they are not orthodontist). Having said that, they notice something so tiny that a young fella actually spotted it and had to be fixed. I’m thankful for that young man. I see a bright future ahead of him. Just saying. My oldest one, the Dr actually was the one that recommended that I have my daughter get braces at such young age due to 98% percentile overbite. What a transformation! Listen to these guys! They know what they are talking about. Love this place!

I’ve been taking my kids here for approximately 2 years now. The staff is amazing! My youngest is 5 and absolutely loves coming to this office because the staff has made her feel comfortable with the care they take. My oldest was a little hesitant due to prior bad experiences but thankfully the staff has helped him overcome his fear and now enjoys visiting the dentist. Thank you guys!
