It is very hard to find a dental office like Dr.Wood’s. The staff was very informative and walked me through what they were doing step by step. I’ve never had any dental work done other than cleanings and they made it a very easy and painless process. If you are looking for an office that treats patients like family while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, this is the place to go!

I have been seeing Dr. Wood for over a year now and will choose no other dentist! When I was having severe jaw pain, he was very thorough during the visit and was able to rule out TMJ and encouraged me to get checked for sleep apnea based on marks on my teeth. Sure enough, I have sleep apnea, now I grind less and sleep better! My most recent visit went well also, I had a crown put on for the first time, but the company they had create it did not get it just right. He took the time to reshape the crown so it fit correctly with my bite and felt perfect before it was cemented in. Amazing doctor and very kind and informative office staff and assistants. Highly recommend!

Everything about this office is fantastic. Dr. Wood and his staff always take the time to get to know you and never makes you feel rushed. It makes for a great appointment when you have a great team.

Sound the alarms. Give shouts of joy, there is a terrific dentist in Avon Park. I needed several procedures and I lived to tell the story. QUALITY expertise. Sense of humor and kind of cute! Lori, his assistant, helped to make this a 5 star. A little music would be nice- John Prine?
