Amazing Team 3Place very clean staff very polite they have modern equipment. The doctors seem friendly too speak to you. Explain your situation. This was my first visit. I had no work done yet. They made me feel very comfortable and explained all my options about work. I could get done. I found that to be very helpful, I will make another post about the work they do on my mouth which I’m sure will be fine

While extracting a tooth which was difficult the dentist cut the dental hygienist hand while in my mouth and never stopped. The dentist said Go wash your hands well As the hygienist left to do that the dentist said to me " Now she’ll blame me" The dentist never stopped and used kept working and never changed out the utensils as my audio and partial video will show This dentist violated numerous health codes in doing this At no time was any apologies or concern about my health or safety even considered After I was told to wait in the waiting room to set up a follow up appointment and when called back I was ambushed with a form for AIDS testing. They all looked at me as I was scum while explaining the form to me . 5 staff members all knew what happened. So much for my rights of privacy. No concern for my health. No follow up appointment. Just concern for their own staff Very unprofessional and completely no regard for my health or safety. And 15 minutes into my extraction I was lead all around the office as I was told that we had to go to another room Crazy. I was leaking blood and dragged around as the dental hygienist had no idea where I was being taken to Completely had no concern for me. No apologies. Not even a sorry Anyone who wishes to see video ( partial). But full audio I say never trust you or your children here

Had a lot of tooth pain and needed a Dentist asap…Aspen Dental took me in right away. Dr Michaela Serseloudi took care of my immediate problem of a bad tooth and wrote up a plan of treatment . I thought the price was very reasonable.The whole staff,from receptionists to medical staff were professional and friendly.

Not gonna lie was a little nervous going in there(Dentist so who isn’t). Nurse was incredibly friendly very down-to-earth made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend. And for those without insurance (like me) give them a call it’s not as expensive as you may think.

I went in for a specific reason had x-rays taken and taken back into another room where I was thoroughly examined by the assistant. The dentist came in for about two minutes looked in my mouth walked out didn’t discuss a treatment plan with me asked me to wait in the waiting room 40 minutes later I’m called by I guess the billing people that want to go over the treatment plan with me and figure out a payment plan, I didn’t even bother Dentist didn’t even have the respect to review the treatment plan with me just sent me onto her billing people it’s all Don’t waste your time at this place
