I am generally a very easy going customer and have done at least 5 cleaning at this place. The hygienists here are mix bag as far as the skills goes. The one that I got today wanted to inflict the pain as much as she could blaming on the gum swelling which is not an issues since I had my dentist friend casually looked at it few weeks ago. She seemed very confused as well. In my life I never had to go through such pain in regular teeth cleaning. I had my last cleaning done 4 months ago and in that appointment my teeth X ray was taken but they claimed they did not and I have to get that done again. Also in that appointment they said everything is good and all of a sudden in 4 months, they say the gums might be inflamed and only new X ray can tell more details and not visual inspection. I have starting to understand this practice in general is shady as well like other reviews have mentioned. I am writing this to beware other folks from this shady practice. If you are looking for a dental practice with good ethics, I would not recommend this place.

I’ve been a patient since 2017. Everyone has been friendly, professional and very skilled. I have a strong gag reflex and they patiently help we through it. I wouldn’t consider seeing anyone else

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist due to bad dental history, but coming here for my dental care was an amazing decision. I’m always seen by Dr. Patel and Katherine and they are the most wonderful people, I always feel comfortable there and you feel no judgment walking in, and of course they do an awesome and quick job every time! The front desk people Ashley and Amanda are great as well and are always super welcoming and helpful with everything! Highly recommend coming here for any dental care needs, they will take great care of you.

Dr. Patel and His staff did an amazing job! I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They took the stress and fear out of going to the dentist. They truly care about you as their patient and are not just wanting your money. They are kind, patient and treat you like family! I feel so confident about my teeth. I cannot thank them enough!

The administrative staff at Prosper Smiles Family Dentistry goes above & beyond to consider your needs when it comes to scheduling, the dental assistants take the time to get to know you as a person and not just a patient, and Dr. Patel has taken great care of my smile over the past few years. I really cannot say enough good things about the environment, the staff, and the experience I get as a patient here!
