I entered treatment interested in a full lower implant treatment. I had only a few teeth left in my lower jaw. My goal was to obtain a full set of teeth in my lower jaw that would be secure and last for years. I began treatment in July and finished my journey in April. When I was fitted with the final appliance I felt a sense of joy. Joy to have a full set of lower teeth that was permanent and stable. The staff at Albany County Dental were outstanding. I sensed everyone’s commitment to my care. The doctor’s were exceptional and did not rush the process. They waited until my implants had fully healed and only then proceed to the final appliance. The practice offers a warm and friendly atmosphere that provided me with a sense of ease. I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but this clinic completely changed that. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, and they really take time to explain every step. The office is modern, super clean, and welcoming. I actually look forward to my appointments now!

I get my work done here so I AM an actual patient here, I love it here and the atmosphere is great. Also this business is NOT affiliated with Albany county dental as in “the county”, the county is a county run and funded business that takes Medicaid and such and NOT this practice ( as a disgruntled person keeps assuring) a quick phone call verifies that, so the reviews that state it is are a lie. This is a family owned private practice. Also, the bad reviews seem to be from weird names, and written at the same times, super odd 😘 have a lovely day!

The staff are absolutely amazing and takes the time to speak with you, explain everything fully, complete transparency. Comfortable office setting, did I mention amazing staff? I’m so happy I switched to this office. There is no other like it and you don’t be disappointed switching as well. They took me to the chair not even 3 minutes after I checked in.

Had an amazing visit. The treatment coordinator was extreamly educated and answered all my, many, many questions. I saw Dr Linda and made sure I was comfortable. The level of care really helps by nerves when going to the dentist. I will be back!!! Thanks guys great job!
