It was just a basic cleaning and checkup. The hygienist was gentle but confident and likable. Some equipment isn't being used during Covid, to avoid aerosols. My teeth felt clean at the end, anyway. The Doctor was thoughtful and took the time to answer my questions and explain my options for treatment. My only complaint is that there were too many forms to fill out, with repeated information in them. I suppose that's at every dentist, but I remember a time when it wasn't.

Crystal is a nice competent dentist. Her staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are very incompetent around billing. I was told last year my coverage was in good order turned out it wasn't and had to pay of pocket. (No discount for uninsured's). Today I went in. They knew I had new coverage but didn't ask me in advance for a card, which my company doesn't provide. I tried to give them my id numbers and they said that wasn't good enough. I just walked out informing them I would not be coming back. So disappointed in their level of professionalism. I would highly recommend against going to them.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received at Arpei-McHugh Dental office. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The quality of their service is outstanding!
