Dr. Cella is good overall as a dentist, but I’ve never had any major dental work. I highly recommend anyone else due to his lack of patience and outbursts. My 19 year old son went to him for his first ever fill in. He didn’t know what to expect, nothing was explained to him, and he became anxious when he saw the needle so he asked what was going on. Dr. Cella told him if he wanted to play games in his office, he could get out. My son explained he was just anxious because he didn’t know about the novocaine and he needed a second to mentally prepare himself for it. Dr. Cella then told him to get out and left the room. My son called me from the parking lot, so I reached out to Dr. Cella myself since I had been a patient for 20 years. I was sure there was a misunderstanding. Dr. Cella told me my son wanted to play games in his office and make an already difficult job even harder for him and if my son wanted to continue to play games then he should find a new dentist. I explained he was anxious about the needIe and asked what my son had said or done when he was at the office. Dr. Cella said it was a minute cavity that probably didn’t even need to be filled and maybe he’d try again on another day. I again asked what my son had said or done when he was in the office. Dr. Cella said he wasn’t going to talk about it today and maybe he would on another day and then hung up on me. I did report him to the licensing board of the state for professional misconduct and shared my experience on social media. Several former patients reached out sharing similar experiences.

I probably don’t even have to leave a review because Dr Cella already knows he’s a fantastic dentist! He is truly a gem & is very thorough and caring. Thank you Dr Cella for being awesome!

Dr Cella is my long-time dentist. Wait times are usually minimal and treatments are always completed in a professional manner. This is a trustworthy dentist that treats your problems and does not try to sell unnecessary work.

I went to Dr. Cella years ago for a second opinion and never left. As others have stated, he is kind, patient and caring with a staff that is the same way. When I had a serious problem a few years back, I was able to contact him at home. The following morning, a Sunday, he called and asked if I could meet him at the office. My husband drove me over and I left that day with my problem over and Dr. Cella saying he was glad we could get it done because he would not have had that time on a weekday. That’s true caring and kindness. After the dentist my husband and son went to retired, they both went to one dentist and after a few visits opted to try Dr. Cella and are happy they made that decision. I do not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Cella and staff have delivered the very best care to my family for years. I remember very well his gentle voice asking us kids to "open wide"! And the wonderful toy chest they had to reward well behaved children was a prime motivator for my siblings and I. Now as an adult I live hours away, but I have left with fond memories of "Dr. Cella’s office".
