Amazing Team 2Highly Recommended 2had trouble with implant she Performed. Was told by another dentist that had to do a temporary fix because she was out of town, that the Implant used was obsolete. My gum never healed properly due to having to being cut back three times. Once for the temporary, second time for the emergency replacement two days after the temporary fell out, because it broke, third time for the replacement implant. I had Tried to communicate with her to see if she’d be willing to erase a $150 Bill that we had, which she refused to communicate with us and decided it was best if we found another dentist. This was after we paid almost $3000 out-of-pocket for implant. granted the 150 was not money owed on the implant( that was fully paid for a year and a half ago). This was because she continued to tell us the gum would heal. A year and a half later it hadn’t so we tried to negotiate not paying this recent bill for other dental services, but she just dismissed us after eight years or so of good paying customers.

Was denied an appointment because of an appointment or two I missed over ten years ago…..no offer to settle any sort of balance or anything to work it out. This is terrible especially considering for this area most dentists offices aren’t booking anything until next year…what happens if you need urgent care….trash heap…this area is a waste of space to be honest. Little to no opportunity and the health care system for the Berkshires is a joke!

Dr. Carver is the best Dentist I have ever been to. Just about everyone I know gets nervous when they go to the Dentist. You can be sure you will feel comfortable at this office. Very professional, they very friendly. Dr. Carver is gentle and she explains what she is going to do before she does it. It puts you more at ease. The cleanings are great!! Beth is Awesome!!! I highly recommend this Dentist Office to everyone!!

Great staff, you don’t wait long for your appointment. I highly recommend Beth for the dental hygienist, she’s very friendly, talkative, and really cares about your dental wellbeing. She’s also great with my kids, and there’s a waiting room for the kids with lots of books and interesting toys.

A patient for over ten years and would not consider any other provider. The staff is consistently helpful, courteous and timely. Dr. Carver will accommodate your schedule when a problem is evident. There is a sense of urgency to remedy the issue. Care and comfort is first and foremost and any and all questions are immediately addressed.
