My filling fell out thatTHEY gave me after about six months and I am not the type of person to go to a dentist unless I absolutely need it. When I called to make an appointment to get it fixed she said they had dropped me as a patient because if I did not come in for a cleaning every six months or every year, they would no longer see me as a patient. What they really mean is if they can’t use you to make money billing your insurance company for cleanings they will not agree to see you only when you need a dentist. If you’re going to build a relationship with a dentist, this is not the one you want because it is obvious they are only interested in making money off of you.

I actually absolutely love this dentist and had been going to her for years. My last appointment I had some crowns placed in no need to come back until after I had my consultation with an oral surgeon and we could go ahead with a partial. Fast forward not even a year, no outstanding appointments, no missed appointments one of my crowns is falling off and I called to see if I could have it recemented. I was first told they no longer participate in my insurance Network and I would need to pay out of pocket and I said that was fine. I was put on hold to be told that I needed to be seen and they had tried to reach out to me via phone which is untrue. Nothing through the mail, and that I was dismissed from the practice it would need to find another dentist even though most dentists will recement a crown that they have placed with no issue. She wouldn’t even fix the work nothing and that I was dismissed from the practice. Absolutely love this place! Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Dunlap is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Everyone I have dealt with has always been very helpful and professional. I hope I never have to go anywhere else!

I missed an appointment and they cancelled me while I was having dental issues. These people are the most uncaring dentist around. They think can can dismiss people in pain because of a missed appointment. Then they give bad referral to other dentist that call, so you can’t get into another dentist. The system is screwed up and if they ACTUALLY CARED they would take care of there patients no matter what. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of care and compassion these people have.
