If i could give it 0 stars i would. I had a horrible experience with them throughout my whole treatment, first and foremost they charge over 6,500 for 14 months of treatment that isn’t great at all. I had multiple broken brackets once even 4 at a time. I’ve gone home with color missing on some brackets. They once accidentally forced a bigger wire and broke brackets in the process and in my face told me it was a mistake and i had to stay longer to get their mistake fixed. They excuse themselves with “it happens” but putting dried out glue on a patients teeth “happens?” they don’t put attention to the treatment they provide. The breaking point was that they tried to tell me when i’m done with treatment i’d have to keep the braces on for 6 more months until they were mainly payed off because they can’t trust that you’ll follow the contract even without needing them nor give you retainers. They never take you in for emergencies, i had a poking wire that cut my gum open and had to wait 2 weeks for a 30 second appointment to cut it. They do not care about the patients needs. Do not get any treatment with them unless you want to end up with continuous problems. On top of that they didn’t allow me to pay to have them removed and get retainers so now i’m stuck with braces because when we came to them with complications about their care they didn’t like it and chose to accuse us of being disrespectful and terminated my treatment to avoid issues. All they care about is your money but not the patient. They even fired their own Orthodontist because their use to be 2 but they COULDN’T AFFORD to pay him anymore. He moved down to dallas from denver colorado to lose his job over a financial crisis with the office. They overcharge and offer discounts like $750 or $1,000 off to make you think you’re getting a deal. They even confessed to firing a former employee because she was mistreating patients and breaking brackets and messing up the patient’s braces/invisalign. They terminated my treatment because they got offended once i made a single complaint. Doctor Mason chose to not say anything or speak up about his horrible practice. Sophia in the front was the one that lied about what we told her and wrongfully accused us of being rude when we were just speaking the truth. This is the letter they sent without letting the patient have a say. Best to say we should’ve recorded to have proof that we were never rude just frustrated with the way i’ve been treated any other person going through all of this for just braces would’ve been too.

After a bad experience with another orthodontist, we were very skeptical and worried about choosing another place for my son to continue his phase 1 , braces journey. I am so very happy we chose OrthodonTex. Having someone available to help when we need them has been the best experience since the change. It’s so nice to be greeted with smiles and pleasant technicians each and every time we visit. Nobody loves to have their teeth worked on, but it makes my son’s whole day after being treated so special while he’s there.

Love the professionalism of the staff. Always friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for my mistakes of losing or breaking trays. Definite gonna recommend family members that need orthodontic work to come here.

I met Sofia at frisco location and she was very helpful and very polite . She helped me getting my retainer the same day right after my crown ..couldn’t be any happier. Thank you for all your help Sofia. Highly recommend it 👌.

I want to share the excellent customer service and personalized service I received from Sarah. She went above and beyond to call my oral surgeon, call my insurance then call us back. That really made our day!! It hadn’t been a good day for us until then. This was so refreshing and comforting. Keep it up Sarah!. Also I want to take the opportunity to give thumbs up to Dr Kyle Meason!! you took over our care from Dr Cohen and you did excellent. My kids are very happy with the ortho dental work and your follow up to ensure everything went well. Next will be my turn, I trusted you with my kids! I know you do a great job!!
