Hey Im proud to give a shout out Ive been a patient of Dr Whites for a long time, I am always very well taken care of. I will travel now just to see Dr White. I have alot of anxiety from previous dentists but Dr White ensures I’m comfortable and pain free. He is a great dentist. Ray is very kind man and very patient he’s always so happy and empathetic to my feelings. The staff is also kind and takes the time to help me feel comfortable get my dental work done. Drive to Reno! Terrible/predatory billing/treatment practices. Assured me of quote and changed it on 2 separate occasions. Billed me for an error they admitted to making with a cap. Still had issues with tooth but refuse to go back. I found another dentist who fixed their error correctly. They even had the nerve to send a letter saying they wouldn’t service my dental needs. Good, save us both the trouble of future errors. Go anywhere but here!

Got some teeth taken out while incarcerated in 2014 by a dentist here. Was super quick and painless considering the limits they had to work around but it wasn’t that clean of a job. Sanitation was fine but there were bits of tooth left after. Could have went ALOT worse but it wasn’t the best either. I’d give them another chance at least. I feel that they would likely be a bit more thorough with actual clients.

Susanville Dental care has provided my dental care for over 20 years now and the care has been outstanding. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I have been referred to others for more complex issues and those results were very satisfactory also.
