Were 2 years that my 14 years old daughter was under “orthodontic treatment”, Doctor Arango only ended the budget that Medicaid had for my daughter’s treatment. From the beginning my daughter was treated as a second class patient for being a Medicaid Member, the woman at the front desk named Christine made very clear for me that we were not free to choose days and hours for appointments due to my daughter is Medicaid Member. One of Arango‘s assistant crossed the limits line on 11/14/23 that day she was in very bad mood and began to treat my daughter badly, first verbally and then she dared to point and poke with her finger on my daughter’s forehead telling her: “hey! “Hey! Because my daughter was holding an orthodontic instrument that only the assistant should manipulate (not patient) My daughter did not understand certain instructions about: if open mouth or instrument and this caused anger to the assistant, of course I made a report to Medicaid about this situation (the proof is attached to this review ) Fortunately we got out of there, we found another real professional provider leaving behind the bad experience and the failed treatment with Arango Orthodontics.

We have been working with Dr. Arango and his staff for many years now, and we could not be happier with the care and service that they have provided to our three children in different phases of care. Thank you Dr. Arango and staff.

The receptionist was rude and didn’t help much. My family have been patients here and they were happy with them but they said that there’s this receptionist that’s so rude and she drives patients away. She said that the dentist would go based off another dentist work particularly saying they wouldn’t even check my daughter’s teeth themselves. That’s seems very lazy to me. Why would I go with them when they won’t even check her teeth, when that’s their job.

I’m from out of state traveling with family and had a minor orthodontic emergency. I called 3 orthodontists in town on a Friday morning but none were interested in helping. This office was the exception. I would highly recommend their services based on the level of character I witnessed of office associate Christine and Dr. Arango.

We have loved our experience with Dr. Arango and all of his staff. I have had 3 children that have had their braces done with him and we are very pleased with the results. The staff is experienced and efficient. Dr. Arango does a wonderful job of explaining the process and the why. I would recommend his office to anyone!
