Highly Recommended 2Had him fix a cavity that i had a few months ago. Seemed like he drilled too deep and he has assistents do alot of the work. I ended up having to go back to him after about 2 weeks because the top of the filling was sitting too high and it was causing me a migraine. He doesnt clean teeth anymore and refers people to Mainstreet Dental Hygiene in Buena Vista for teeth cleaning. After some research it doesnt seem like she accepts my insurance so she must have gotten paid through his office. I dont trust him anymore to touch my mouth. I always disliked how he criticized me for not brushing enough etc.

While I highly appreciate the top level dental services at Horizon, I am even more grateful for the way Ive been treated by the entire staff. Ive been respectfully treated like a person. By another doctor and staff I could have been easily lectured on what I did wrong and what to do, and I could have easily shamed myself, because I knew all that already. But at Horizon, I was only given kindness, compassion, and the information needed to make better decisions in the future.

They rarely answer their phones & they need to repaint the lines in their parking lot. They should also make sure to keep patient’s appointments instead of giving someone else the patient’s spot after they arrived on time & while they’re litterally waiting in the waiting room. If you can’t read the appointment schedule properly, then please learn how to do so. I was liking this dentist & the workers just fine until multipe issues kept happening. To the two young receptionists at the desk, whispering loudly about how "mean" the patient is because they’ve stopped chatting with you, & are instead keeping quiet around you after you’ve inconvenienced them multiple times & you made them stop smiling, that is highly unprofessional behavior, please check your attitudes & work on that. Be better.
