My insurance recommended his office and assured that my x-rays and Cleaning would be covered for the year when I went to his office they did not inform me that I would have to pay separately for my x-rays. I didn’t like having $115 charge Without being notified first. I also wasn’t able to get my cleaning on the first day, which is why I went in the first place I’m going back for my Cleaning. Let’s see how they do on my teeth.

front desk not that friendly. I had to come back multiple times to get what I wanted done to my teeth, just for them to try to charge me again for what I asked for in the first place. I used to really like Dr felton but have to find a new dentist now

Comments will be sent privately to the office. I am tired of a new dental hygienist every time. I go every three months and yet again - there is a new hygienist. I would like to develop a relationship with my hygienist just like I have with my Dentist.

My first visit to Dr Felton’s office was amazing! I have a fear of dentists and he totally put my mind at ease! The staff was wonderful and I am not afraid to go back to get a cavity filled now!
