SHAME ON YOU! After my 12-year-old daughter waited 3 months for an appointment to see Ranghelli, my husband took her to his office and he detected that she had 3 cavities. At said visit, 3 separate, subsequent appointments were made. Yesterday, he called my husband informing him that he would not treat our 12-year-old daughter. His refusal is because of the below review I wrote a year ago. Imagine that? And, how terrible a person/dentist is he to be spiteful to a child? She wanted to continue to go to his office because she had gone there for the first time when she was 6 years old. I agreed for her to visit him or else she would not have gone to the office in the first place, even though I had a poor experience (please see below). Prior to this visit, I had no pain in my mouth but was told that I had several cavities. Very poor experience with my last visit. Dr. Ranghelli filled a few cavities and that, supposedly, completed everything until next year. After 8 days, I was in a lot of pain (due to the fact that he left some decay) which caused me to have an extraction. In addition, one of fillings came out, and now I’m left with an opening in another tooth. Appointment was made for 1.5 hours (as this is what he asked me to have the front desk schedule since 4 fillings were to be done), plus he told me to have them schedule a subsequent appt. November 5th (which was canceled because everything was completed during the Oct. 5th appt). What caused me to go to a new dentist is because of the aforementioned. Ranghelli removed a sealant (which I requested). He drilled a bit too deep and caused a slit (opening) in that tooth. He was definitely aware of this since he said there’s dark staining in the area ... and the slit was large (and deep) enough for me to notice when I arrived home. He opted to conceal this. I didn’t blame him (although it was his fault). I was polite when I called and mentioned that "there is now an opening where you removed the sealant, and I don’t think that is good." He said, "Oh, yeah, that’s not good." Laura scheduled an appointment for 7 weeks later, even though I mentioned I was having pain from the tooth he left decay in. He had the nerve to tell me that his time is ’precious’ because he smoothed out a tooth and added a little bonding to another tooth that he removed the bonding from (which I did not ask him to do). He did all of this within the 1.5 hours since I did not get novocaine, which cut down on the the time. What really peeved me is that he pretended the slit never came about after he removed the sealant. WHY didn’t he tell me to schedule another appointment to fix what he messed up? The new dentist said he didn’t remove all of the decay. I am unhappy that a dentist I’ve gone to for several years pretended everything was fine, when it was not the case. He also made me feel as though he was doing me favors, when none of these things were done for free! Lastly, he removed mercury fillings without providing me with any protection at all, and that is detrimental to one’s health, even if the mercury filling is small, since it is TOXIC!

I had an emergency, one of my molars which had a cap broke at work. A friend recommended I call here. When I called I was told me to come right in. I was nervous going to a new dentist but I must say it was by far the best experience I ever had at the dentist. From the receptionist to the Dentist and assistant they were all wonderful. I highly recommend them. I already made my next appointment for a cleaning

Dr.Ranghelli is the best Dentist I have ever used,he took this scadey cat woman fearful of Dentist,to not being afraid of going to the Dentist,his kindness and caring for his patients is amazing,he’s ever so gentle as he is working in your mouth taking good care of your dental issues.He is also great with the needles...didn’t feel a thing! He has an amazing connection with his patients,he gets a 10 star from me!!!

I Found this office when I was in a pinch, no insurance and a cap fell off my root canal. This offficr was not only reasonably priced but they got me in right away, and I was pleased with their friendly & helpful staff. Now it’s the only dental office I’ll go to or recommend to anyone, every visit since has been as pleasant as going to the dentist could possibly be. Dr. Ranghelli answers all your questions honestly, thoroughly & and is a such a nice person, his staff is always so pleasant & helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I have been going to Dr. Ranghelli for the last twenty five plus years and he has proven himself to be an excellent and caring dentist. He is honest and thorough. I highly recommend him and his office staff. They are the best!
