I have had 3 of 4 impacted wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Nelson. He made me comfortable during and after the process. Now I have one left, as I can only afford one at a time. Very thorough and warm.

I made the mistake of giving a family member my credit card to pay for One tooth extraction. Price quoted was $1400. These crooks charged the card over $3500 to remove one tooth, yes One. To make matters worse they refuse to give us an itemized bill to give to insurance to try to get reimbursed. Staff refuses to help with a simple request of an itemized bill. Advise: Only go in there with the amount of money quoted so they cant rip you off. Run like a true Mickey Mouse operation. Will be contacting the NYS Board of dentistry.

Jack Nelson has been there for me and my family. Whenever I needed him no matter what he would get us in. For me and my family he is a pain free oral surgeon. Yes afterwards there’s some pain but he and his staff make there patients comfortable and takes the fear away. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend Dr Nelson, he will take good care of you and explain what he is going to do.
