Doreen hung up on me was very rude and refused to give me an appointment because she assumed I needed an appointment after 3pm when the form I filled out on their website asked what was the best time to contact me and I wrote after 3pm and she immediately brushed me off to assume that was the appointment time I needed and told me that I can find somewhere else that can accommodate my appointment need because they can’t. Doreen is the reason I won’t be making an appointment here. Very sad because the dentist was highly recommended by a friend who sees him.
