Aspen Dental was amazing! From the time I called for an appointment for an emergency to the day of the appointment. They showed such care and concern with my son. Honestly I can’t thank Lina Patino, DDS enough because she did a wonderful job on my son’s root canal but also she made him feel so comfortable and at ease. She’s honestly the best dentist I’ve ever came across. I would recommend EVERYONE to go see her. I’m sure she doesn’t get enough credit which she so amazingly deserves! If you have teens or you yourself are scared or anxious about dentist, then she’s the one to see because she takes the time to go over everything, and will honestly do everything she can for you. Thank you again Aspen Dental for a lovely experience, and your wonderful staff !

i would give this place more stars if googled allowed but sadly they don’t. i came here for the first time today for an extraction of a broken tooth and from the moment it walked in the door everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. i didn’t wait very long to be seen which was a nice change from having to sit forever lol. the place is very clean and the staff is wonderful i wish they took my insurance so i could come back but sadly they don’t (health first medicaid) but i would recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist or needs work done because they are amazing and super accommodating in every way imaginable and they make you feel comfortable instead of scared and nervous … like i said id give this place so many stars if i was able to but for now 5 is the max so that’s what they get :) hope this helps someone looking for a dentist who cares and doesn’t judge and will work with you if you have severe dental anxiety like i do!

The cleaning I had done was very well done. However, issue, in my opinion was the unnecessary extras added onto the bill. I was asked if I used an electric or manual toothbrush. I have an electric one, but prefer a manual tooth brush. Without telling me, a $150 electric tooth brush was added to my bill. On my second visit, a different technician took a new toothbrush and said, "I am giving this tooth brush to you", like it was a gift. Fortunately I spotted this on the bill and had it removed. Also there was a charge for "laser disinfection". This entailed shining a laser at each quadrant of the mouth costing $150 A QUADRANT for a total of $600 out of pocket! How is this laser treatment better than using a whole bottle of listerine for $10? My deep cleaning was totally paid for by my insurance, which pain over $1000. The add on they tried would have cost me ANOTHER $1000 out of pocket!!!!!! If you do use them, look at the itemized bill carefully! Research what everything is and if each is ABSOLUTELY necessary. In my opinion, they tried to very best to pad the bill excessively. Despite the cleaning being very good work, the billing experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Objectively the staff was very friendly, the service was good. Price point was on the high side but that’s expected with a corporate practice. The reason for the two star reviews is the lack of respect for patient time. They had us come back while they were on lunch, so we sat around for over an hour while they ate their lunch. To add insult to injury, it was less than a 2 minute visit when they did finally see us. I had to cancel one of my meetings as a result, if you place a high value on your time unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. Which is a shame because all other aspects were good.

I had a great experience for my dental check up at the Riverhead Aspen Dental location. The staff was very friendly and I was seen on time. The equipment & x-ray machines were state of the art and I got to see a 3d visual of my teeth right on the screen as they scanned. The dentist was very professional and went over the importance of flossing and what he’d recommend to avoid future dental issues. I have a cleaning scheduled next and may consider the Motto Aligners. Overall great experience.
