The DDS I had been going to retired when COVID began in early 2020 so I looked for a new dentist. I had heard good word of mouth (no pun intended) regarding her and thought I'd try and I am glad I did. Been healthy my whole life so have avoided much dealings with MD or DDS. I will say that when I had to pick a professional in my medical/dental plan and knew nothing except their gender-I ALWAYS picked the woman- and never have been disappointed. I have found the women have been (IMHO)more knowledge than the men- tried harder and gave the patient the most up to date info. Their manner and their prices have been the same as men-but over all the women have been a better choice.. She made several suggestions about how to brush and floss and etc that result in clean teeth which in these difficult times has impproved my overall mood. The secretary also is up to the minute re what my ins will pay-so I'm on point with that too.

I had an appointment scheduled and when I called to say no one called to confirm and wondering if I had the day wrong they let me know that they went ahead and canceled it for me because they thought that I was unhappy with the service. After I got a babysitter and everything. When overall I questioned my bill because my explanation of benefits were saying completely different from what they were billing me.They charged me an administration fee every single time I went into the office and she looked into my mouth, even when I was told several times there’s only a one time administration fee, per year. However I got a lot more. Isn’t it their job to Bill insurance? Not going back.
