The place is OK but they have no respect for their customers time. They’ll constantly warn you about being late, but then they won’t start until 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.

Our hygienist Jessica was so wonderful with my daughter. She explained everything to her in child-friendly language, showed her everything before using it, sang songs, and just chatted with her to make her feel comfortable. My daughter had a great experience. The dentist we saw was also so kind and sweet with my daughter. He turned her exam into a game, which she loved. Very grateful for such a kind and gentle team!

First, I went to the wrong location so when they called me to ask if I was bringing my child, they graciously directed me to the correct address. We were 15 minutes late, which I felt terrible about. They were so nice about it and saw us anyway. The doctor was quick and efficient. He explained everything and was extremely thorough. The doc and his assistant were calm and help my daughter feel comfortable. It couldn’t have gone better!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with. My daughter has such a severe fear of dentists and Summer went above and beyond to make her feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. From the receptionist when booking my son’s appointment to my arrival at the port jeff location. The office is so clean and perfect for younger children with the fish tank and movie area. My 4 year old had the best time! The dental hygienist Danielle was so beyond sweet, patient and fun! My son kept saying “this is so much fun!” Lol. The doctor was also so welcoming and warm. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
