It’s one of the worst medical practices I ever experienced! 4 days prior to my appointment for a gynecologist they called me and say “the appointment is cancelled because the doctor doesn’t know how to do a pap” I took the appointment over a month ago and they didn’t know this information by then? Like what? Made me waste my time and money! Another terrible experience was with my mom! They lost her urine test! The stool test had to be done 4 times. Why? Because they lost it 😂 I made a complain and until now it’s been 6 months waiting for the manager to give me a call! How amazing right?
