I truly cannot say enough good things about Park Smiles & their staff. I have been struggling with severe TMJ pain for over 3 years. I had seen more than 8 different specialists who all disregarded the physical pain I was in and only talked about how it had to do with my mental health and it was all in my head. After sitting with Dr. Cohen for 5 minutes (who went out of his way to see me on Monday of Memorial Day Weekend) I was validated & given hope for the first time in years!! I have been treated for only 3 weeks and already see great improvements. Everyone in the office truly cares about the patients & each case. From the dentist who did my molds for my night guard & kept me calm even after I messed up the first one, to Dr. Cohen himself coming in on his day off & on a holiday, everyone really has made my experience an amazing one. I cannot thank you all enough. Just giving me hope has been a blessing, but to actually get some relief after only a few weeks, I am BEYOND grateful for. THANK YOU DR. COHEN & THE ENTIRE PARK SMILES TEAM! You have already changed my quality of life for the better.

Not sure what is going at Park Smiles, but an appointment I sent up weeks ago and their knowledge of the Blue Cross Blue Shield/Dental Blue Freedom that we discussed, would be honored. Well not only did they not have the appointment when the client arrived but they informed him they don’t take insurance as of this past Monday. His appointment was on April 8th. That Thursday!

I usually don’t write reviews, but wanted to share the great experience I had here. They have excellent, clean facilities and their staff is so friendly and accommodating. Their dentists have been patient and knowledgable throughout the different treatments I’ve gone in for and I’m more than happy with the results. Can’t recommend this office enough!
