This place is awesome. They understand and they’re nice. They worked fast to get what I needed done. I came here because my old place was jerking me around and taking too long. Within two visits I got my tooth pulled. They were gentle and kept asking if I needed another shot

I had a really great experience at Western Dental today. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The manager, Belinda, was very helpful, and the doctor (I didn’t catch her name) was super gentle and explained everything clearly. The person who did my x-rays was really nice too. Vanessa and Emily at the front desk were welcoming and friendly as well. I felt truly cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend this location!

I truly like coming to Western Dental to see Dr. Kaur. She is amazing. Dr Kaur, and any Dentist I’ve seen, takes time to throughly explain Your treatment plan. If there are any questions she will answer them, and be sure You understand. Yes You May have to wait sometimes. I feel it’s more than worth it. The care I receive is wonderful! The Dental office workers are kind, considerate and always pleasant. Thank You Western Dental.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the excessive wait time I experienced during my recent visit to your office on [03/04/2025]. My appointment was scheduled for [ 12:00], but i was waiting until 2:00 and when i asked front desk she says u have wait one more hour While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, this was not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, repeated long wait times can be frustrating, especially when patients plan their day around their appointments. I value the quality of care provided at your office, which is why I wanted to bring this matter to your attention. I kindly request that steps be taken to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce patient wait times. Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Don’t do it. Just go somewhere else. Mexico, Africa, Alaska…anywhere is better than here. Update: So this is their response…. “Hello Kiki, Thank you for your feedback. We understand you have strong feelings about your experience. We’re always striving to continue improving and ensuring our patients feel confident in their care. Your input is valuable as we work towards enhancing the patient experience.” This is not true coz I came back 3 more times. That’s a total of 4 visits. FOUR!! Over 6 hours of my time spent waiting and getting the run around when they know my medical situation is time sensitive but yet…not even a general cleaning. They are incompetent and inhumane But I’m desperate at this point and can’t get another appointment anywhere else in such short notice. So here I sit…wondering how I ended up here. Long story short…DON’T DO IT. Go to any other office but this one.
