Dan the hygienist was great. Always asking how I was doing and explained what he was going to do and made me feel comfortable.Answered my questions very knowledgeable. Dr Costello is very detailed and personable. He explained in detail what was needed any why. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. So glad I picked this practice no need to go anywhere else.

Polit & Costello Dentistry is the number one, top notch, most excellent dental office in all of Wyoming Valley and beyond. The staff is extremely competent, friendly and professional in every way. The dental hygienist, Dan, is very knowledgeable and kind and patient. I visited there last week (and many years prior) and it is always a truly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Polit & Costello for your dental needs - none better!

Everyone in the office is wonderful and very helpful. They do not judge. And they assist you with the insurance and treatment plans every step of the way. All the staff makes you feel very comfortable. I even take a nap in the vibrating dental. All while they are fixing my teeth. I cannot say enough. I neglected my teeth and health for a long time. They are helping me get smile and confidence back. I cannot thank them enough.

He always has an interesting conversation or discussion with you and gives you good advice on what to do with your teeth. The staff’s unwavering support and patience is very well appreciated. The assistants are not only quick to address any questions or concerns involving dental hygiene but they also provide valuable feedback, creating a sense of trust and reassurance with the products or services they offer. The dental hygienist are also very smart, welcoming and knowledgeable in their works. They answer questions and help you understand the importance of dental hygiene at home. The level of service at Polit and Costello Dentistry is exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. I highly recommend them for any work you may need.
