Greenberg Dental: Greenberg Andrew W DDS

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My appointment was at 8:30. I arrived at 8:13. I waited until 9:22 before being told it was still going to be a while before I’d even be called back. After trying to keep my baby from screaming in a sweltering hot lobby for over an hour, we had to leave. I was never even seen. I asked if any other location was perhaps more adequately staffed and they gave no such information. They have NO respect for people’s time here at ANY of the Greenberg offices I have been to thus far. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I will NOT be trying ANY more Greenberg locations.

I normally don’t do these things but today I had a great experience and wanted to tell about it. I got to the dentist about 4 minutes early. They checked me in and I waited about 4 minutes to be called back. My dental hygienist, Casey, was awesome. She was very kind, personable, and friendly. Best experience I’ve had at any Greenberg by far.

Samantha scheduled me (new patient) roughly 2 months ago on a holiday September 7th for procedures. Just to call me 2wks prior to to say they can not see me that day. Pretty much my fault and sorry. Next availability is at the end of October🤦🏾‍♂️. So UNPROFESSIONAL, Long wait times just to get seen. This place is a joke and needs better staff! Every season theres a new DR or staff, will not be using Greenberg anymore, for this is the worst help ever I experienced .

I liked the dentist, the dental hygienist was great, office staff is friendly, took a long time (45 min)to get to the back but once I got back everything was great but when I got my treatment plan I had questions and I was told by the office manager that if I didn’t like it go find another dentist I called my insurance they told me they were making charges that they’re not allowed to make and not giving me the discount I’m supposed to get and my insurance company told me to get another dentist! I was shocked. Then after showing the treatment plan to another dentist was told they were definitely overcharging and wanting to do unnecessary work hmm. Do your homework folks. Conglomerate dental services may have good dentists but. Where is their integrity??? I really was heartbroken over the whole thing. I really wanted that to be my one stop shop for all my dental needs. But I guess they prefer their $75 overcharge to 10k in dental services rendered

The dentist they have now is very knowledgeable and explains everything he does and why. The rest of the staff has displayed a world class level of professionalism and teamwork during my last several appointments. The plan they give you at the beginning is usually only accurate regarding the priceas my timeline hasn’t matched at all. Everything gets done just not in the order they told me at the start. Definitely recommend this place.
