Casey Dental received my husband’s email about issues he was facing at night and they got in touch with him the next morning. They got him into the office to review his situation. After that visit, they knew the issue, outlined a plan for treatment, and now he’s back to normal.

I have no issue w/Dr. Casey himself. He is a great dentist but the dentist he hires only wants money. She rather pull teeth then fix the problem and try to sell you a bridge. If you go there and see someone besides Casey make sure you bring your check book cause that’s what she is really after.

I’d give him and his place 0 stars if I could. Truly awful. Their staff, which consists of all young girls, are incredibly rude and have an attitude. They act like your inconveniencing them for making a simple appointment when it’s their job. At the checkout desk, they have 3 stations of which only 2 were open. One girl was helping a patient check out, the other was chewing gum loudly while texting on her phone after I was blatantly standing in front of her. Casey’s consults always left me confused and uninformed. I would see charges on my bill that I wasnt aware of like certain procedures he did but never mentioned in a consult. I remember a few times, I’ve looked at the bill and asked one of the receptionists why I was being charged for this when I dont even know what the hell it is. His yearly cleanings by his staff were always painful. I’ve had other dentists in the past and in no way did they ever cause as much discomfort as his staff. My dad goes to casey for cleanings as well and even hes complained about it. I have more examples because honestly, every time I went, I just hated the whole experience. I went to Casey for a few years only because my mom went there with my sister, who has autism, and it wasnt far from my house. But after he RUINED my left side bottom molar, that was the last straw. And now, no one from my family goes there anymore. I had braces and was always obsessed with my teeth. However, I was more prone to molar cavities because there are deep grooves in my teeth. I had a cavity. Casey himself filled it. He placed the filling in my tooth with his fingers, no tools mind you, and drilled the ever living hell out of my molar. The whole time, I’m thinking, "Ya know, I dont know anything about dentistry but something about this just doesn’t feel right." About some time later, the tooth gets infected and I go back. They have years worth of all of my x-rays. So they probably saw the damage they did. I mean, how could they not at this point? And then without any empathy or care in the world, he tells me I need a root canal. And I’m in my mid-twenties with great teeth. Not anymore, thanks to this guy!! I got the root canal done but the infection came back and now I’m faced with either getting another root canal or extracting the tooth completely and getting an implant because maintaining it would be more expensive than just getting an implant. Just save yourself the hassle and avoid this guy.

At 3:30 pm I had a cap that came loose and had seperated from my tooth. I called the office and was informed that Shawn would be out the next day so scheduling would be tough, but was asked to hold on for a second. After she spoke with Shawn, she asked me to come in for 5 pm that day for an immediate repair. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before being called in and was back out of the office in 20. I am extremely grateful and impressed at the professional shown at Casey Dental.

The female dentist (Marchese i believe) was awful. We went in for a simple baby- tooth extraction for my daughter on one of her front teeth. The Dr. told me that my daughter was "acting up" because I was present in the room, however she was not explaining anything that she was trying to do, to my daughter which was why she was anxious (By the way, this was the first time we had ever been there so yes, she was nervous). She then tried to have the dental assistant sneak my daughter out for x-rays while she tried to distract me with her little talk. It was also like a conveyor belt of kids; 4 kids in 4 chairs as the Dr. rolls on over to each child for maybe 5 minutes and then rolls right next to the next kid and so on... no individual attention and may I add a TOTAL HIPPA Violation since I could hear everything she was saying about the other childrens care. I waited over an hour for my appt. and then I get 5 mins of drs. time and she tries to do things behind my back after I clearly stated I didn’t see the purpose. AWFUL experience,... totally a money making operation not true care for the patient. More of a MEAT market.... get em in, and get em out, don’t let the parents back because they would truly see what goes on, and collect money for services not needed. Go somewhere else for dental care.
