The dentist himself is arrogant and condescending. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the majority of your money is going to the dentist and this dentist does not deserve it. If you have a problem and need a compassionate dentist, look elsewhere. You will regret seeing Timothy Opiel. I can’t attest for any of the other dentists at this location. Timothy Opiel is arrogant enough to give them all a bad reputation.

The good folks that they are had me in and out with a double tooth extraction in blazing fast time. Even after deciding to not take the pain meds I was left with little to no discomfort and very minimal swelling. Fast, efficient and incredibly nice people.

I got “dropped” as a patient after missing two appointments, but when I was looking for a dentist I made it very clear I have really bad agoraphobia and anxiety along with dentist phobia and made sure they can deal with that. They said they were there for me and knew how to treat me, don’t get me wrong I know it’s bad to miss appointments but I thought they’d be a little more empathetic towards people with mental illness, Plus before that, the last time I was there I had a very painful infected wisdom tooth that a young woman removed for me (I forget her name) but she was pretty rude to me, I had a panic attack in the chair and expressed my fear of the numbing feeling from the needle and she quickly responded “well do you want it removed or not because I’m not just going to sit here” seemed like she was more in a rush instead of actually listening to my worries and explaining a bit more. A dentist isn’t your therapist but they should definitely have knowledge in people with dental fears and stuff. It would’ve been nice for her to at least seem like she cared about my concerns. After I got dropped (and wasn’t aware) I called for a severe infected tooth, and they explained I was dropped and I literally BEGGED them to see me because they’re the closest dentist to my home and with my anxiety that’s important to me. I even offered to pay cash and pay for the appointment IN ADVANCE to the appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and said she’d talk to the dentist and get back to me, and of course never got back to me. I will say I had Dr Oppiel one time for a cleaning and he was really nice to me and calmed a lot of fears the one time when I did see him.

My fiance, myself, and all four children go here.... I have forever personally been terrified of the dentist but after becoming a patient have no more anxiety when going... I hope they stay in business for a long while because it’s the only place I’ve ever felt comfortable with.... They do great work they’re very gentle and my kids love them
