Orthodontic Specialists

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Falk and her staff. I’ve been going there for almost two years so I am close to the end of my journey. In that time I’ve probably been attended to by most of the staff. I’ve spoken with different staff at the front desk. I chose Invisalign for the straightening. The office is equipped with state of the art equipment. It’s painted in a fun design and fun colors. I’m an adult and 63 years old. I have had all positive experiences here. They are all kind and the doctor is not only smart and professional and knowledgable but she’s funny and nice. I never felt rushed or that she didn’t have time to listen to any questions or concerns. I’m so happy with the results. I only have a few more visits at most and I’m going to miss it there. Every single person was so so nice and friendly. Also I never had to wait long and there is plenty of parking. No downtown meters to try and navigate. I’ve referred other people here and everyone has always felt the same.

My daughter started her journey with Dr.Falk at the age of 11. At the age of 14 she now has the most amazing smile and it is all thanks to her. She is kind, patient, funny, and just all around a great person. She is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want when it comes to the cost of orthodontic care. The office staff on the other hand are horrendous. Extremely rude and act like they had some godly power when it came to someone’s mask slipping down their face and just had to let them know in the rudest “Karen” type manner and make a scene. The truest of the mask musketeers work in that office.

We saw Dr. Jessica Falk a while ago for my child’s teeth issues. She was sometimes kind, patient, and friendly, but at other times she seemed stressed and flustered. She answered all my questions, and explained everything fully. She seemed to be quite knowledgeable and experienced. She was gentle with my daughter. The building is new and modern and seems very clean. I would recommend her for typical braces but for something more complicated like my child’s case, I was not always satisfied. We could not be happier... Both of our children now have wonderful smiles and all credited to Orthodontic Specialists. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff made what we initially thought an overwhelming process very understandable and straight forward. We would highly recommend Orthodontic Specialist.

Dr. Fall and staff has treated our entire family. She is thorough, kind and patient. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect outcome!! In addition to Dr. Falk’s talents, she and her staff make it fun to be there. They have contests where you can guess the number of an item, or pictures of famous smiles etc. we will miss going there every month as we’ve been patients since 2012!! My younger daughter has plans on being an orthodontist now after watching all of the girls and Dr. Falk work so well together!!
