As positive as could be expected with a terrified 2 year old. Everyone (from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Hanyon herself) was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Paoli and Dr. Hanyon. I was called by my son’s school saying he was in terrible mouth pain. I could not get in with his dentist so I called the office of Doctors Paoli & Hanyon. Keep in mind that he wasn’t even a patient! The kind receptionist was able to communicate my story to Dr. Paoli and they said to bring him in immediately. Once there, the office was beautiful, professional, and well-run. The doctor was amazing and my son felt so comfortable. In fact, he can’t wait to return!
